Review: On 10/**/2013, I mailed to [redacted] of Harmonie Autographs & Music, Inc. thirty-three (33) autographed records via USPS, I have receipts of this mailing, as well as, the return card indicating receipt of the package.Our oral agreement was that I would pay for the delivery of the items to him but that he would pay for the return of any unsold items.I called [redacted] numerous times to ascertain the status of the sale of these items. Finally, in March of 2014, he indicated that three (3) signed records had been sold.On 04/**/14, at his request, I e-mailed him my mailing address. (even though he already had it on the insured package sent initially)[redacted] no longer answers or returns my calls unless I use someone else's phone and he does not recognize the caller as I.During our last telephone conversation during the week of 06/**/14, he said that the unsold records had been sent the day before and that I would be receiving my cheque for the three sold records in two weeks.To date, neither the records nor the cheque has arrived.Desired Settlement: I want my remaining thirty (30) autographed records returned at [redacted]'s expense and I want my cheque for the sale of the three (3) autographed records.
