allow someone to make appointment and have nobody present to perform the session. Also we never said that we would not honor her gift certificate. Unfortunately nobody answered the phone, and I left 2 messages to apologize and I will honor the certificate and add an additional 100.00 (a total of $400.00 now) and to extend the expiration date to 12/31/2017 to make up for her inconvenience. Our policy clearly states our refunds procedure, “Gift certificates, nail polishes, lotion, and other products are non-refundable. Gift certificates expire one year at most from the date of purchase. Expired Spa gift certificates will require additional fee.” (Please check our website at [redacted] for more information). Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I'm glad the reslution was found, and hope the line of communication stays open.
Regards,
Ryan [redacted]

I am following up in response to the complaint notice sent to us dated 12/26/2017.  We believe the complaint to be invalid.  Mr. [redacted]’s fiancé was seen in our facility in April of 2016.  Insurance paid their portion on this service in June of 2016.  The balance remaining...

was $1851.94. A payment plan of $123.46 per month was arranged.  This bill was satisfied and paid in full in July of 2017.  This demonstrates that Mr. [redacted] is aware of how the payment plan system works at Divine Savior and that he is capable of making payments.  Payment plans are only able to be set up with patient permission, so he would have had clear knowledge of the amounts and schedules for payments, as he had to agree to them.  Payment plans are only for services that have processed and have left a patient balance.  Any accounts regardless of date that process after the payment plan is set must be added to the combined account by the patient.  The patient receives statements monthly for all balances due, indicating that Mr. [redacted] has received many notifications for payment and is aware of the balances due. Mr. [redacted]’s fiancé was seen at Divine Savior in January of 2017, and in March of 2017 the insurance payment for the services came through.  The remaining patient portion was $2190.38.  A payment plan for the balance was agreed to by Mr. [redacted] and the finance staff in April of 2017.  Mr. [redacted] made payments to this balance until September of 2017.  No payments were received in October and November of 2017. Mr. [redacted]’s fiancé was seen again in our clinics in June of 2017.  No payment plan was set up for this visit.  The balance of $143.00 was sent to collections on 11/29/17 after months of no payments received.  Mr. [redacted] was sent statements and letters stating this would happen on 9/18/17 and 10/30/17.  There was no contact from Ryan until 12/12/2017, likely due to another collection company letter.  Finance staff returned Mr. [redacted]’s call and left him a detailed voice message to comply with payment plans for visits. Letters and calls to Mr. [redacted] are clear and well documented.   The above breakdown indicates Mr. [redacted]’s familiarity with the process and an unwillingness to submit payments.  Lastly, it is regretful that Mr. [redacted] did not submit a complaint with our organization before coming to you with his concerns.  We have a great process for handling complaints internally, which he chose to circumvent.  We cannot address concerns that we are not made aware of. There is no indication that Mr. [redacted] nor his fiancé called or wrote to submit a complaint for our organization to address. I hope this adequately addresses your and Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us or request more information regarding Mr. [redacted]’s accounts.  We are happy to assist in any way that we can.  Thank you,

Review: I got a certificate from this establishment for a gift in the amount of 300.00. I called and made an appointment. When we got there, nobody was there to do the services. I tried calling numerous times after that and left several messages. Nobody ever got back to me. Stopped again, nobody was there. I sent emails, nobody responded. I tried several times to get an appointment before my certificate expired. I got one message back a week before the expiration date saying they couldn't fit me in until after the certificate had expired but couldn't honor the gift certificate. I just want the money back my husband spent on the certificate for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: I just want my 300.00 sent back to me. Hopefully by a money order as I cannot trust the check from a business that is run this way.
