interest to be charged and the water leak were very unfortunate and we take full responsibility and have done our best to correct this matterWhen the installation technician was contacted about the leak the night of the install he responded immediately and returned to the ***'s residence to repair the leakThis incident was not communicated to the branch in a timely manner which caused the delay in following up with the customerOnce all the facts were gathered we have taken the necessary steps in compensating the ***'s requestWe have sent compensation in the amount requested for damages done to items in garage and also given goodwill adjustment for an agreed upon amount by myself and Mr*** for accrued interestI would also like to state for the record that on the date the complaint was filed regarding Culligan going back on our promise to give a goodwill discount for accrued interest, Culligan had already received the signed documents from Mr*** reflecting this agreed upon discount and a negotiated lower rateI have attached document supporting this statementI would also like to apologize for the lack of empathy that was felt on behalf of Mrs***This was by no means intentionalWe certainly hope that they will spend many years enjoying the much improved water quality Brent ***General ManagerCulligan of Houston

It is with deep regret that *** *** *** of *** *** *** is plagued with chronic aches and pains, were not made aware of this until after she purchased a second mattress from us, which we gracefully exchanged the first. When *** *** first entered the store she had already
purchased a Mattress at the Thrift Store on *** *** ***Because we offered her free delivery, and the Thrift Store did not she asked if we would match the Thrift Store priceAt first we were unable to because the mattress were not of the same manufacture, nor was she able to test the mattress at the Thrift StoreWhy someone with such chronic body pain would even think to go to a Thrift Store to purchase something that she would be spending 1/of her life on was confusing to say the leastAlthough because our lower end mattress price was only a few dollars different than the Thrift Store's price of $299.00, the price was matchedAfter a few weeks ** *** *** of *** *** *** returned, concerned with her purchase she was again gracefully offered an exchange for a better mattress, also delivered for free, mattress # Uncertain of the exact amount of time ( a few months at least ) the Second mattress was in ** *** possession, it was then that she mentioned her chronic aches and pains. It was our recommendation that if she could get from her medical provider a Mattress Recommendation that we would do our best order such mattress for her, although it would probably cost far more than a $mattress from a Thrift StoreOur mattress range from $to over $dollars
