Harmony Health Plan of Illinois upon becoming a member sends a welcome package to all their subscribersIn that welcome package is a brochure offering rebates for wellness visits completed by their members upon completion of certain medical procedures designed to promote healthy behaviorsOne of the promotions that Harmony solicits is upon completion of a mammogram for women between the ages of 40-they will send a $prepaid *** card to the memberHarmony has agreed they owe me this money as I completed the mammogram on 7-25-and after approximately hours on the phone with numerous supervisors still have not held up their solicited agreementHarmony has stated the money is due as I have met all the requirements to receive this benefitYet despite over calls since July of as of today November 4th I have yet to receive the guaranteed compensation
I am a provider who has cared for patients with this health plan
I would encourage all people who are considering this plan to avoid it
They deny almost all medications, tests, and or treatments
They give referrals > miles from your home as a routine practice
