There was a problem crediting my credit card as I had changed banks. John McDonald assured me that he was sending a check. Review: I ordered from website drawer slides.com. When I typed it into ur "business search" it came up as bold hardware. I'm guessing both of the sites are a scam . I ordered supplies and got a return confirmation with no tracking info and links on a pdf to unknown sites. No tracking info or any return calls from repeated messages. The website is very official looking. Please shut theses people down before they take more people's money!Desired Settlement: I cancelled the credit card I used to purchase so I think I got out before I lost any money? I would like follow up from this complaint from the Revdex.com.
Review: I ordered a door slide from this company and the size I received was wrong. They have a return policy requires a RMA (return merchandise agreement). The only way to receive one is to call their phone number([redacted]). I have been calling this number for four weeks and only get a recorded message to leave my phone number. This I have done and after no return call, I have given up and I am stuck with a door slide I can't use and money spent I will never see back in my account.Desired Settlement: send an RMA as to their rules so I can return it and at least get some of my money back, I have to pay for return shipping. They have a 25% restocking fee after 45 days. I should not have to pay this since they are delinquent in returning my calls.
