website services, followed up with vendors and contractors as well as resident issues.
We did in fact provide accounting reports and bank statements as well as an accounting for all funds collected and bills paid. We did transition to a new website and accounting system during July and August and reports were delayed until our integration to the new system had been completed.
Harmony Management terminated our contract with the community and we did in fact reach out to the new management company and provide information to begin the transition. We have 30 days to complete the transition to the new manager and that date is October 30th. We do expect to complete the transition 20 days early.

The statement on completing monthly inspections is false. I have proof in emails that nothing was done in the time required. Nt all bills had be d npaid, again I have proof this untrue. Statements had not been recieved monthly as per our contract. All is false and untrue. I wish to file this complaint and can provide proof. Emails back and forth with their excuses why issues had not be completed. [redacted] has failed to provide professional quality as per the contract states.
