I ordered $700 CAD of merchandise on August 11, 2015. The company contacted me to say one of the items ordered was out of stock, and another was low and they would confirm if they had enough to fill the order. They did not follow up.
I sent an email inquiring about the second item, to see if I should replace only one or two of the items ordered. They confirmed they did not have the second item. I sent an email with my modified order, requesting a price adjustment as my initial choices were more expensive. They have not returned my emails (direct and via website tool). The phone number on the website is never answered. I left a message on the company's facebook and was contacted by a man who claimed to be the previous owner of the company. He said he would forward my concerns to the new owner. Nobody contacted me since. I tried contacting this man again, but he has not returned my messages.
