In response to your letter of March 11, regarding [redacted] , I have looked into this matter and identified the problemWhen I asked my billing person to speak with [redacted] there was a miscommunication between myself and my billing person regarding the number of tests to be performed on [redacted] Consequently she was given an incorrect amount with regard to skin testing chargesAs this was entirely our fault, we have written off the charges above the $469,for the skin testing performed [redacted] has paid $130.00, which was applied to the $charge - leaving a balance of $I enclose a copy of her corrected billing statement showing said balanceAs noted below, a copy of this letter (and billing statement) is being sent to [redacted]
