standpoint. The client proceeded to tell us she understood but insisted that it be "smaller than a quarter". So of course, we proceeded to provide the service and opposite of what the complaint implied, the customer just as every other client, was told "alright, we're done, hop up and check it out!". Which she did and was fine with it upon exiting the building. Now, the only thing we know to do is to offer the chance to come in and get it covered up by [redacted]. There is no guarantee that the service will be provided to her at no cost, but the situation will be considered of course and we will do our best to make everything right and the customer satisfied. As we try do with all of our customers and have done for the last 30+ years.
