I am rejecting this response because:
when the technician came the second time, I let him confirmed that is the last step to fix the air condition and make sure it will work then I agree to paybut they came the third time and charged me $without my permit and after that my tenant still complain not work, then they told me I need new big one that is so ridicule after charged me three timeNow I just though whether they really fixed my machine or just make money from this repair

story home.  The Technician made several repairs, with approval from Ms **.  Before departing the tenant was satisfied and signed our invoice.  Ms ** provided Harold Stephens P**mbing with credit card information for payment of $275.  We were called out again the next day for the same reason.  The tech added some Freon, with authorization from Ms ** and once again the tenant was satisfied, signed our invoice and Ms ** provided credit card information in the amount of $200.  We were called out again a week later for the same reason.  Ms ** was advised at this point that if the repairs we have made thus far have not continued to cool off the 2 story home in continuous 3 digit weather, the unit is too small and old and it was recommended that the unit be replaced and the amount that has been paid thus  far will go towards the total price of replacement.  Ms ** refused the replacement offer. The technician made one last attempt to provide relief for the tenant and her disabled children to get them through the summer heat. After our 3rd visit, the tenant was to wait over night to make sure that they were receiving cool air from the air conditioner in result of our repairs. We were to not run the credit card for payment until the tenant called our company confirming that the repairs were sufficient. When we received the call the following day stating that the unit was producing cool air, we then ran the card for payment of our services. In order for them to have very cool air for longer periods of time, the unit must be replaced with a newer model and larger unit for the size of the home due to our extreme temperatures produced in the month of June.
