Harold Todd Smith Land Surveying

Mr. [redacted] was contacted by our closing attorney to survey the lot of a house that we were under contract to buy. Mr. [redacted] was said to have completed the work but the deal for the house fell through. I was sent the $380 bill by the closing attorney to pay for the services Mr. [redacted] rendered. I subsequently contacted Mr. [redacted] and paid with my credit card. I have contacted Mr. [redacted] on numerous occasions over the last three weeks trying to obtain a copy of the survey as the new buyers of the house were interested in purchasing it from us. I have provided Mr. [redacted] my address on two separate occasions (the first time he apparently wrote it down wrong) but have not received the survey. In addition, I have contacted Mr. [redacted] on several occasions to verify my address and determine the status of the delivery of the survey, but he tells me that he will call me back, which he does not. My concern is that I have paid for a survey that I have never seen and have no proof of it ever being completed though I have been charged for it.Product_Or_Service: Land surveyDesired SettlementI would either like my money back or a copy of the survey.
