[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received the letter from Harold's Furniture offering $to close the complaint, this is unacceptable because the offer will not cover the charges to have someone repair the furniture and by having a third party attempt to repair the furniture this voids any warranty I may have on the furnitureI have contacted a lawyer and have an appointment 12-22-at 2pm to discuss my optionsI contacted Harold's Furniture on 12-14-and spoke to Ryan since Stu was not there, I asked him to please relay to Stu that I will not be accepting the offerWhat I am failing to understand is if a defective finish is "suppose" to be covered by the warranty from Ashely Furniture and Harold's Furniture is their representative, why they will not repair or replace the defective pieces Regards, [redacted] ***
