Review: Our vehicle has been in this shop for approximately 10 weeks. He has replaced our rear end only to discover that it was the transfer case causing the problem. We had this repaired on October of 2012 and were told we paid for a refurbished transfer case which included a warranty. When we returned to the shop with a similar problem we learned that the transfer case had been "repaired", not replaced. We paid for a refurbished product and were never paid the difference. We were told that Kevin, the owner, would "make it right" and install a refurbished transfer case with warranty. That was 3-4 weeks ago. We still do not have our truck. He has not returned our call for two weeks or answered the phone. When we've visited the shop during posted and advertised business hours the door is locked and no one answers. Our truck is sitting in the parking lot with blocks in front of the wheels. We presume this means the transfer case has not been installed. Because of this inconvenience, we have not been able to camp or travel as we have nothing to tow our camper with. We have lost out on deposits on camping trips, not to mention the inconvenience of not having our vehicle.Desired Settlement: We desire the refurbished transfer case to be installed as promised with a warranty immediately. We have been without our truck since April. If this cannot be accomplished in an expedient fashion, we would like a refund for the transfer case, which cost about $2500 so that we can take the truck elsewhere and have it repaired.
