Review: took truck shop for exhaust, They said muffler and tailpipes need replaced, I found warrenty info muffler was under took in for repair then they said muffler was ok did not need to be replaced.Desired Settlement: replace muffler

[redacted] stopped by to look at his truck with duals.Looked at it outside on the ground and could see the break at muffler outlets.Mentioned than muffler could be weak and need replacing along with pipes.Made an appointment and dropped off.After further inspection on hoist,muffler is good and solid just needed tailpipes and hangers.Flowmaster warranty does not cover a good muffler.At least 1 or more years of life left on muffler.We would'nt have replaced it even if he did not have a warranty.Glad to replace under warranty when the time arrives.I think he is mad because he did not get a new muffler.Warranties do not work that way.
