Appliances. Being that the unit is still under the one year warranty they have to deal with them. There is nothing that we can do to help this customer.

Review: I have broken Frigidaire Dishwasher which is less then one year old. Its under warranty , but Frigidaire will not replace it unless its not fixable.

Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes.

I called Frigidaire to fix the problem, they recommended to use Harp Home Service for solution.

Harp Home Service technician came ion site and told me that the problem was in dirty arm, that he cleaned it and now it will work. and then he left.

I put dishwasher on cleaning cycle to see if it cleans the dishes and it still doesn't clean dishes.

I know that Harp Home Service tech did not do any cleaning, because I had a similar issue before and I always make sure that the arm is clean.

The dishwasher doesn't dispense the cleaning powder. cleaning powder solution stays in dispenser pocket after cleaning cycle is over.

I called Harp Home Service and ask technician to come back because the problem was not fixed and they told me that they will not come back and I have to call Frigidaire to look for another provider.

Worst experience ever!!!!

Can you imagine if you call some one and they come charge you money and say its fixed and will work, and then they leave and you check the equipment and it doesn't work?

this is so frustrating and unacceptable!!!

I was waiting for Harp Home Service for 4 hours and Harp Home Service didn't want to stay with me through the cleaning cycle to make sure that he fixed the problem.

I need Harp Home Service to come back and fix the dishwasher. I would like Harp Home Service to stay through short cleaning cycle which is 20 min.

This is total nightmare how Harp Home Service treated me as a clientDesired Settlement: I need to repair dishwasher.

I had to use this company because it's the only one our building management uses. Our super called and told them the problem with my microwave. They couldn't come to fix for five days... not a good start. Had to take a day off of work because there has to be someone there during the repair for "liability purposes." They didn't even tell me when they were coming until the day before at 4:30. Repair guy showed up and said he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the part (he knew what the problem was because our super told him). I don't know why he hadn't already ordered the part, but he hadn't. So there's another 7-10 business days without a microwave. We told them we would be out of the country when the part came in. Both my husband and I called to try and get this problem solved. Susan, the receptionist was rude, interrupted, and yelled at me. I had to ask, "Can I please finish my sentence?" Unacceptable. I offered several solutions: 1) Take note of when we would like the part installed since we would be out of the country when the part came in, 2) go ahead and schedule appointment for part installation to be changed if part doesn't come in on time or 3) guarantee a slot so we didn't have to take another day off of work. Was told all three of these options were impossible due to their computer system. Both the receptionist and the manager said this. What!? What kind of business is this!? Who can afford to take this much time off of work for a microwave? So, I had to take ANOTHER day off of work for a job that took literally 3 minutes to fix. The only reason they would even get 1/2 star is because the microwave is fixed now. In all it took 3 weeks to get our microwave fixed.

This "business" is horrible and a joke. My super mentioned that another tenant had complained about how terrible they were just 2 days after my awful experience. I am emailing my management company to request a different company to be used in the future for ALL of our buildings.
