The company reached out to me and said they would cancel the contract for FREE or continue to complete the service and do anything they could to make me happy after receiving the letter from youI asked for a few days to think about it and returned their call and felt it was best to part waysI then contacted the owner and he was very helpful and agreed to cancel my contract and not charge me any additional feesI feel this owner took pride in their organization and once I spoke to the owner he was made aware of how his employee treated customers and would make sure that it never happened againI agreed that as long as the contract was canceled and I was not charged any fees I would retract the initial statements made
We have agreed and the contract has been canceled so this case is closed and resolved

Control is not an instantaneous event, when switching service providers it can take some time to manage new pests especially when using different products than other companiesTo maintain customer satisfaction we offer a percent satisfaction guaranteeIn the event that customers are seeing an increase in pest activity we only ask that they call us for a follow up appointment so that we can conduct further pest eradicationSaid reservices are free and we offer an unlimited amountFurthermore we use top notch products to ensure minimal need for reservices, maximizing customer satisfactionWe are always open to and greatful for customer feedback and inquestsWe are reachable by phone at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9am to 5pm

Review: We had a sales agent solicit us to change our bug service from Terminix to their organization. In exchange they would complete the service for $1.00 then $79.00 bi-monthly. They guaranteed we would never see a pest because we already had service. They claimed to use the BEST products on the planet and that their service was better than everything out their. Within 30 days of their first spray we had ants and spiders coming into our home. Within 90 days of their first spray our entire home is infested with ants and spiders. The spray they are using is water and they are a fraud. We have never had a single ant in our home in 3 1/2 years and until we switch to this fraudulent company. We are requesting the cancel our contract and waive the $150.00 cancellation fee. We do not wish to continue having them come to our home and spray.Desired Settlement: We want our contract canceled and no additional charges made to our account prior to the contract end date of April 2015.
