From start to finish, the customer service from Harper's is excellent. I was impressed with how prompt they were about returning emails and phone calls. [redacted] showed up at my residence to look at the issues I reported. It was apparent he is a roofer, not some salesman looking to sell me a new roof. He identified the areas needing repair and prioritized them for me in the event I did not want to repair them all at once. He was straight-forward and I received the estimate that afternoon as promised. I can't say the same for other companies I contacted. In fact, Harper's completed the work before I even received an estimate from another company. [redacted] was excellent with her responsiveness to follow-up emails. The workers arrived on time, completed the job on time, and cleaned up (even raking the gravel landscaping they disturbed). The final cost was dead on with the estimate they gave me.

Customer service means everything to me, and this family-owned business knows it. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest company with exceptional service.

It was time for a new roof and by word of mouth heard about Harper's Roofing. I called and [redacted] came out to measure and then sat down and gave us our options. He patiently answered all of my questions. The next day a bid was sent out. We accepted and chose the materials and color. The roofers showed up exactly when scheduled and worked diligently for almost 3 days. The workers were polite and hard workers. Each day they cleaned up the property front and back before they left for the day. I love the look of my new roof and would not hesitate to recommend Harper Roofing.
