We received a call on the 5th from [redacted] stating the problem she had on the way home from purchasing the vehicle and that she didn't want the vehicle anymore and wanted her car backWe told her we were sorry for what happened and we would send a tow truck down immediately to pickup the vehicle and get it right in and take care of the problem with no cost to herShe then went on saying that she didn't want it back and wanted her car back and we told her that wasn't an option that the deal was done and we would make it rightShe got her lawyer involved and he stated she didn't want the [redacted] back either and we said sorry but under Maine guidelines we have the right to fix the problem and to make everything rightWe got the [redacted] back and found the water pump and serpentine belt bad which we changed and did a road test and the vehicle checked out GreatWe called her on the 6th and told her the [redacted] was all set to go and asked her where she would like us to deliver itHarpswell Auto Stands behind their vehicles and will make it right

I didn't try the navigation system until the end of April cause I didn't need it till end of April!! You advertise the truck with cover and navigation system and neither are with my truck!! And I got it below book because of my trade in!! You'll shouldn't advertise something if it doesn't have it and tell me that those are included in price! It's advertisement! [redacted]

I did receive payment today , this issue is resolved But Harpswell auto sales claim that it has taken this long to make payment because they didn't know how much to pay is I notified them of the $1,amount weeks ago The owner of Harpswell auto sales has been stalling and holding out in hopes that I would accept his lower offer I have phone records of each call between us and how long each call lasted He knew full well exactly what was needed ,and now him trying to play the victim here isn't going to fly

She bought the vehicle and said she was having problems, we looked at it and fixed numerous items and she pick it upA couple days later she called and said she was having more problems, we had her take it to a *** garage (*** ***) and they did a couple things and she picked it upShe
called again having problems, she took it to *** *** ***After all the garages did what they did, they all said the vehicle was fineWe can't take the vehicle back, she would have to take it back to *** *** *** for work, she does have an extended warranty

She can take the car anywhere she wants to, to have someone look at it and fix itShe does have an extended warrantyBeware, she needs to ask the repair facility if they do warranty work before she schedules anything or she will be responsible for all work. She does have a $deductible and any additional charges that the garage may have that is not covered by the warranty

*** ***!! The only reason it was sold below blue book was from my trade in!! You advertised having cover and navigation system!! And also charged me for those extras!! Not bringing truck back or canceling deal! To many mistakes on your end espically for falsely advertising something that you should know if it had it!! Also scammed me on what we agreed on for trade in value!! You said $for trade but only gave me $11000!! You should have to pay me for what you call mistakes but it really is advertisement

We took the check up to the garage today. Sorry it took so long, but we had to find out what was well compensation for what happened.

I am rejecting the response from Harpswell Auto because they have not came up with a solution to the problem. My car is still broken and can not be driven. There was a mis communication on our end and we sent him a refund check in the mail 4/26/18. Sorry for the confusion.

The truck was sold for $4,000 under book value. We took a vehicle in on trade from the Customer and offered a swap and cancellation of the deal. The vehicle was closely looked over upon purchasing, nothing was said until 3 months after the purchase date.
