I rencently purchased a vehicle from this business and they haven't replaced my windshield or given me my registration I purchased a vehicle with this company on 08/31/The windshield needed to be replaced and the company was supposed to send someone to my job or my home to fix itIt never happenedI was also supposed to receive my registration for the car and they haven't done that eitherAlso, the car was to be inspected within days and now is illegal because the windshield is missing the mirror and there is no registrationNo one ever calls with updates or anything and this is bad businessI now I have to keep the car parked until this company does it's job and gets my windhield fixed and gets me my registration so I can have it inspectedI am paying insurance on a car that can't be driven now due to thisI am not happy and this was all to be done and still hasn't [redacted] ***

I bought a vehicle at this dealer.They gave me it with three cracks on the wind shield, navigator system not working, couple of features not working
*** *** They gave me this vehicle *** *** with no rugs, navigator system not working because the system needs to be calibrated in order to work, so I went to Chevrolet they charge *** to calibrate it, so HARR CREDIT EXPRESS refused to pay it, weather feature not working, new movie feature not working, gas station feature not working, while driving on the high way I realized it has cracks on the wind shieldI spoke to the sales person *** *** *** he did what could in order to help me but the management refused to fix the issuesSo I need all these to be fixed as soon as possible, I am paying *** monthly for a car that is not functioning as supposed toI am not satisfied with their service

A company with predatory loan practices
Went to this dealer for a loan for which I was approvedI was told that this application would not go through to the bank until I gave them *** This was required because a bank would not approve the loan if I did not provide a payment for at least the sales tax and registrationBefore signing any paperwork, they took *** from my debit card and told me I could pay the rest when I was able toThis happened on Thursday afternoon ***
After thinking over night about this, I decided that I should not do it because the pricing was too high for meI text the phone number *** (the sales rep I dealt with) provided me on his business cardThis was at *** *** to let him know that I was having second thoughtsI still have not gotten a response back from that phone number
I contacted the Harr dealership that took the payment and was told that if I wanted a refund then I would need to speak with June or his manager but neithe
