Thank you for taking the time to contact us concerning the details surrounding the reservation of Ms*** ***. According to our records Ms*** completed a reservation on our website at www.caesars.com for Harrah’s Metropolis Casino & Hotel on the afternoon of October 10, 2017.
The arrival date of her reservation was also October 10, for night. Ms*** is a member of our Total Rewards program and utilized a Hotel offer which entitled her to a discounted $room rate plus taxes and fees (all Hotel offers are subject to availability) During Hotel cheregistration Ms***’s credit card did not authorize for the $room rate plus taxes and fees. The total charges during cheequal $32.18. It is also our policy to have each guest sign our registration keypad acknowledging that they agree to the arrival, departure, room type, and charges due to the Hotel. Unfortunately we were unable to collect the $during check-out for Ms***’s hotel charges. After repeated failed attempts of trying to collect the $charges due to the Hotel, Ms*** was sent a bill detailing the charges due to the Hotel Listed in the attachments are the following: Print screen of reservation for Ms***Print screen of Hotel Registration signature for Ms***Sample confirmation example that is similar to what Ms*** would have received at the time of her reservation In an effort to resolve this matter we will waive all the remaining charges that are due to the Hotel for Ms***’s reservation on 10/10/2017.
