Harrah's Casino Hotel Reno

my wife and I booked a stay at harrahs and while booking expressed and was assured to get soaker jet tub and king bed had bed but no tub would not have booked if knew. when arrived in room called down and was told those rooms are at casinos discretion on weekends and unavailable though had to prepay for room when booking and could not cancel without 72hours notice.I booked over the phone also so I could speak to somebody and be sure getting what wanted. also was night before wedding and had limo coming early in morning to pick us up so couldn't leave.in addition to having our pets which told them before hand. tried make best of it and ordered room service got wrong order had to send back twice and all food was cold. tried calling to complain and was told was being put through to manager and were hung up on. ordered and paid for internet and was so slow couldn't use it though they did refund that. then the air conditioning wasn't working from the moment got there and took hours for them to arrive when they came to fix had workers in our room for about till 11 pm. also we had to call down to get our ammenities that were supposed to be there on our arrival. then as we were looking on their site we found a 15% discount and $20 food credit that was never offered and when asked for at least. that was refused. and when trying to deal and resolve these issues were put on hold and passed around never really being able to speak to anyone. all this for over $500. now trying dispute charges and no answersDesired Settlementat least a partial refund on all services we did stay because no other choice but never recieved anything that was booked or asked for and for all trouble think 50% back is fair Business Response We researched this incident and discovered that this guest was given incorrect information from our central call center regarding the type of room he was booking.As a result we will refund 50% of the total charges incurred.
