Review: I called Harrah's [redacted] on 9/9/14 to see if they would be showing the [redacted] fight on 9/13/14. The response was, we are not sure yet, check back later in the week. I followed up again on 9/11/14 at which point I was told, yes we will be showing the fight in the [redacted] bar and there is a $20 cover. (one of my acquaintances who was to be accompanying me also was given the same information) One of our mutual friends had just come home from overseas military service so we decided we would take a few people, get a couple hotel rooms at the [redacted] and stay the night. I had spoken to a representative at Harrah's in [redacted] on 8/30/14 in person while I was in town for [redacted] Festival. The aforementioned representative informed me that they would still reimburse hotel room costs for the Airport [redacted] with slot dollars. On 9/13 my request for slot dollars was denied. To top it all off, we were lied to about the [redacted] fight. They were not showing it. When it got about time for the fight to start, I voiced my dissatisfaction to one of the security personnel, Kyle S[redacted]. After voicing my dissatisfaction about the lack of hotel reimbursement and the fight, Kyle found it necessary to follow me around the rest of the evening. Whilst gambling under the stalking eye of Kyle S[redacted]. I politely asked him to stop following me around. I was then removed from the casino with over $300 in active bets on the table. So essentially, Harrahs [redacted] refused me previously guaranteed services.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $260 for 2 rooms at the airport [redacted], and my $300 from the casino. I would also like someone from the casino to contact me in regards to my experience
