I was out of town and a person staying st my home called a,d told me the air was not workingI called Harrell home servicesThey sent a tech out named "Anthony"He called me and said my unit had a power surge and it was burned upI told him the fan was running so how can that be? He said sometimes relays stick and would run the fanThe person staying there said he never went all the way in the attic I got home days later and went to the thermostat, turned it off and put new batteries in it and reset everything and turned it onThat was weeks agoIt has been running sinceI complained to Harrell services that I was billed $for no service but had no reply

Excellent Customer Service and repaired my A/C in the same day that it was brokenI would highly recommend this business to other friends and familyThey did a great job and got our house cool fast!!!
