Greetings:I have spoken on several occasions with Ms*** about her supposed leak and have been back to her residence on many occasions working on what she claims is a roof leak. We fixed her roof leak. Her roof is not leakingShe claims that the roof is leaking under the metal
edge on the perimeter of the roof and coming out onto the fascia. Now, I have been in the roofing business for over years, if water is getting under the metal edge it will leak behind the fascia and not on the front as she is claiming. I take pride in maintaing my positive track record with the Revdex.com and you can see I have very few if any complaints, if anything I get positive reviews. I want to make sure the customer is taken care of and that they get what they pay for on their roofWe went back to Ms*** residence several times to work in her "leak". After going out the last time she tried to convince me the roof still leaked and that the leak was coming from under the metal edge and running down the fascia. She even sent me a video of the roof when it was raining and it clearly shows the roof is functioning as it is designed and the water is running OFF the roof and over the fascia. Also, in the video you can see a large cactus plant that has been growing and leaning on the fascia and the roof which impedes the rain flow from causing water to pond on her roof, thats not good. I spoke with Ms*** and suggested we hire a stuctural engineer and have them determine if the roof was leaking under the metal edge and coming out onto the fascia or if it is functioning as it is designed. She refused and said she wanted a refundI dont issue refunds I solve roofing problems. If Ms*** will agree to an engineers decision on her roof, then I will too will agreeWhatever the engingeer determines will be what I will stand by. I can tell you this complaint is without merit and has no validity to her claim whatsoever. Its a shame that a person can make a negative claim and have no basis for the claim.*** ***

Greetings this is Scott Wolfe with Allied Roofing ServiceThe inspection process has slowed somewhat due to the tremendous influx of TWIA claims (approximately 350,00). Mr*** roof is complete and has passed *** certification. I emailed the WPI=certificate last week
to Mr***. The WPI=should be ready in approximately 3-weeks depending on how backed up the state is in their processing right now.I had asked Mr***in my last email to him to himdays ago if he could please let me know when a good time would bes to look his interior. I guess he missed it in the email. However, I was able to communicate with Mr*** today via text he said had the flu right now and will get back with me when he feels better. thx *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:In response to *** *** claims: Apparently you did not read the entire letterThere was information regarding the second set of pictures I sent that clearly show the leak is exactly as you describe: leaking behind the fascia NOT in frontIt is the part where I mention putting caulk behind the fascia and sending the pictures that show it is clearly leaking behind the fasciaThe cactus are not hitting the roofHave not been for the last monthsYou came out once I believe not “Many times.” The problem is that you stopped listening and even requested I send you the total for the work done because you do not feel it is worth dealing with anymoreMy resolution is a reasonable refundI do not care to deal with your company any further as well 10/16/2017 *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: We are not satisfied with the service provided by Allied Roofing. One item we were very upset about was that we selected a certain color shingle and a different color was delivered and installed. The ridge vents were not completed as noted on our contract until we called the owner. We had to oversee every step of the work performed to make sure the job was done as per the contract. We will never recommend this company to anyone else and it caused us a lot of stress. It took three months for the WPI to be filed with the TDI. The job was completed on December 10, at which date we paid Allied Roofing the money due for work done. Allied Roof is incorrect stating the job was completed in late December. We believe that it should not have taken three (3) months to get the roof certified with TDI. After numerous calls to the owner of Allied Roofing we could not get satisfaction until we filed a complaint with Revdex.com. It took this complaint to get the owner of Allied Roofing to get the paperwork filed with the TDI and get our roof certified so we can now proceed to pay our windstorm insurance that is due in April.

I have filed all of the necessary paperwork with the state to get the documents that Mr*** has asked for regarding his certification for his roof His roof was installed and paid for in late DecemberIt passed state inspection and is in the works to get his certificate Because
his roof was installed during the holidays it is going to take longer for the process to take place regarding his certification because of Christmas and New Year I have done everything on my end to get his certificate The state is responsible from this point on I have talked to Mr*** several times and most recently let him know it should be online any day I cant control that part when it comes to the state I have a letter from the inspector stating the roof passed inspection I will talk to his insurance company tomorrow and email the insurance company the letter from the inspector Hopefully, he will have his WPI-within the next week I am doing everything I can to satisfy the client I take client satisfaction as my utmost priority and I am not taking this situation any lighter than any other Its just I cant move the wheels any faster than what I have been dealt I understand that Mr*** is unhappy for not receiving his certificate and I am sorry for that, but realistically this is about how long it takes to get your certification if you factor in the holidays
