After looking further into a job opening through ***, I was led to Harri.comWhat seemed like a straight forward, easy process quickly turned into a large headacheWithin days of submitting my application for the position, I received an email informing me that the company wanted me to come in for an interview, all I had to do was sign up for a slotUnfortunately, the link they sent me did not work even after attempting to open it on multiple browsersThere is no listed number on the companies website, so I sent an email to the Help team asking for assistanceThere was no responseSo, I sent the same message the following dayAgain, no responseLater that afternoon I received an email stating that my interview had been cancelled, which was probably directly attributed to my not being able to sign up for an interview due to the broken linkVexed and angered that I lost the interview opportunity, I sent a follow up email with a tinge of urgency, hoping to attract SOMEONES attentionThis time I heard back from someone, however, they simply CC'ed me on their internal memo, so I received about emails saying that someone else had been CC'ed on the email, with absolutely no mention of my problemFed up, I decided to call the companyOnce again, I tried every extension possible and was hung up on every timeI'm not sure if this is an actual company or not, but one thing is for sure, there is customer service, competency, and understanding of how to operate a business
