Harriet Rosebud Hats

I purchase a hat from Harriet Rosebud Hats, on April 2, and it takes up to seven days for delivery, however I called on April, Wednesday 11th to Harriet Rosebud Hat Company to ask will my hat make it here on time, I spoke with a lady her response was was wee got your order but couldnt read her order form, so she said let me call you back in which she did and she said that she found my order and she will overnight it to me, (recorded my conversation with her), so I said wonderful because I needed that item by April 21st while I waited still no hat April 21st came still no hatSo I called and asked could I get my money back please her response was can't do that because I don't have a hat, well I don't either so calling and texting back and forth this lady text me and and I quote something is not right why did'nt you contact *** well my response was I brought the hat from you why should I be calling ***so today is April 25, still no hat so I decided ok let me check with *** I put the tracking number in that she gave me and the *** responed back to me stated thaey didn;t have that item I text the Harriet Rosebud that messages and still no response and no hati paid $for that hat, and also I have purchase a pin on flower from this company and when I received it, it was all to pieces I took a picture of that and sent it to her response was hot glue it back and send it back and we will send you another well that item I needed for that weekend I paid $for that itemI think is is ashame that this company could be so unprofessional, she partically said that I trying to steal a hat, REALLY if you paid for something I think you should be able to get what you paid forI will never shop there again and to others please consider before purchasing anything from this companyThanks!
