I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11831970, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below: The Business response is completely falseI never told them I got my car weeks agoI have the paper work I can send in to show you when I purchased the vehicleAlso I habe pictures of the damage they caused As well, the charhe of my suspendes license was dismissedDue to the fact that the fine they suspended it for was already paid and the dmv just didnt update their systemWhich has nothing to do with the fact that they damages my vehicleEven if it did, does that give them the right to damage my vehicle and not take responsibilityIf I damages their property they would have wanted me to reimburse themThe tow driver did in fact touch my ceilingMe and the officer watched hime drivey vehicle on to the flatbed and he had one leg out the door and his left hand on the roof and ceiling of my vehicleWe also heard my rear end scrape the groundAs soon as it did the officer said"were not responsible for any damage that did"I would think a business would own up to their mistake and pay for the damagesI also have pictures of all the damage they causedBut of course by human nature people dont like to own up to their mistakesThat bumper was just replaced and I can send you that paper work as well Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Bill at business and the following was relayed: The car had to be towed because the consumer was arrested by the policeThe vehicle was put on a flatbed, we did not crack the bumperThere is also no reason why our mechanic would have touched the ceilingHe only touched the steering
wheelThere were no racial slurs used and when the customer purchased the car was disputed as we were informed by his mother that the car was just purchased weeks before and he said he replaced the bumper months before

car 3 weeks ago. I have the paper work I can send in to show you when I
purchased the vehicle. Also I habe pictures of the damage they caused.
As well, the charhe of my suspendes license was dismissed. Due to the
fact that the fine they suspended it for was already paid and the dmv
just didnt update their system. Which has nothing to do with the fact
that they damages my vehicle. Even if it did, does that give them the
right to damage my vehicle and not take responsibility. If I damages
their property they would have wanted me to reimburse them. The tow
driver did in fact touch my ceiling. Me and the officer watched hime
