Harriott II Riverboat

I am very disappointed that you all would have ignorant, unprofessionally ran businesses such as the Harriott II Dinner Cruise as members of your organizationI enjoyed the ride on the cruiseThe crew and captain were wonderfulHowever, I cannot say the same for the people who run the office and do the bookings for the rideEspecially the manager named "Tom"He's hostile, rude, uncooperative, and uncouth!!! I have food allergies(allergic to oranges) which was mentioned on the tickets that I purchased, and they were still placed on my dinnerAlso, when calling to explain this matter and alerting the supervising manager (Tom) of this incident, he was uncaring, unethical, and didn't even want my ticket number to investigate this matterI will not recommend this dinner cruise to anyone and I am disappointed that you would have someone as Tom as apart of your organization
