Entire experience, from price quote to job completed to clean up, was extremely awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use this company again!

Used Harris for removal of a large, 18 year-old tree and grinding the stump. Got three quotes & went with Harris based on price and customer reviews. I was not disappointed as Harris was great to work with and did great work very efficiently. Company personnel were very responsive I did talk with Jeremy about additional cleanup and he sent someone out right away. In my experience, you can't go wrong with Harris. I would definitely recommend the company.

We cut down a large tree in our front yard over the weekend and hired them for stump removal. We had plans to grade, install sprinkler system, and plant the following weekend. I was told the stump would be removed that week (no date or time given). I attempted multiple times to contact them near the end of the week (Thursday and Friday) and was finally told a belt had broke on one of their machines early in the week and they would not be able to get to my job until the following Monday. I understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, however there should have been communication with us earlier in the week, not only when I finally nailed them down. We had to put all work on hold. It is now Monday and they are almost three hours late for the appointment they set with me on Friday, with no communication as to why or what is going on. Very unimpressed with their lack of professionalism and inability to communicate with their clients.

First of all, I spent months getting quotes on a huge Silk Oak tree that was diseased in front of my house. The quotes ranged from $700 - $1200 to cut it down. Some companies charged an extra $200 to grind the stump and another $80 - $100 to haul the tree away. Really?? Shouldnt that be included? Anyway, I was waiting for 3 more quotes to come in & I came across Harris & Sons Tree Specialists. I requested a free quote on a Sunday night & Jeremy called me Monday morning & left a message saying he drove by, assessed the tree and quoted me $425 for everything!! I thought it was too good to be true! I agreed to quote, crew was out in 2 days & literally there an hour and a half! Tree down, debris wood chipped and stump ground!! These guys don't mess around! Cleaned up everything & left. It was crazy! I would HIGHLY recommend Harris & Sons! They are professional, quick & accommodating! After getting 10 quotes that were all pretty close in bid they came through! They are Licensed, bonded & insured!

I contacted this company for a quote on a tree removal in my back yard. The customer service seemed ok on the phone. Their quote was higher than other companies I had come out but I felt this company was more reputable. I don't mind paying more for quality service. I was told I also needed a stump grind after the tree was removed so I scheduled the job with Harris and Sons. The crew that arrived had no idea about a stump grind. They said it was not on my job order. They quickly removed my tree and left my yard looking horrible. A crew showed up later to stump grind and my yard went from bad to worse. My yard was a mess along with other issues. I didn't get the quality workmanship that I thought I was paying for. I tried to contact this company several times to let them know my displeasure but have been un successful. I thought a supervisor or sales person would like to see what their companies final product looks like. If I would have known how poorly my yard was going to look I would have saved my money and went with the lesser of the quotes I got from other companies. Lesson learned!

Just wanted to send some praise for not only the good work with the removal of my two large ficus trees, but also afterwards. I noticed after the crew left that my main irrigation pipe was cracked from what we assume was due to the constant walking back and forth from the crew, which was out of their control. When this was brought to the attention to [redacted] over at Harris and Son's, he personally went to assess the damage of the irrigation pipe and fixed the issue right away. Any company can come in and perform a service, but when they go out of their way to insure satisfaction, it says a lot of the company and the people working for them. Whenever someone needs a tree removed, I will always recommend Harris and Son's Tree Specialists.
