#222222;">This is in response to a letter regarding a consumer complaint regarding the above matter We apologize for the delay in our response to the accusations of Mr [redacted] ’s complaintWe at Harris & Associates take pride in our business to do the best possible work with any customerWhen we first met with Mr [redacted] the properties in which he speaks of were already in a distressed conditionMr [redacted] expressed to us that he was already in debt with over $30,or more in finesWe at Harris & Associates made every attempt to try and relieve him of his situationWe complied every work order from the city that Mr [redacted] informed us of We met with inspectors, got every order he gave us and complied with themWe even took the time to aid and assist Mr [redacted] in finding a better choice of tenantWe bailed Mr [redacted] out of many fines that were already in existence For this customer to make and scandalous acquisitions against our company is beyond our understandingIt is our contention that we owe Mr [redacted] nothing in that our business relationship has not cost Mr [redacted] one red cent Harris & Associates has not had any dealing with the properties Mr [redacted] refers to for three years or more and because of Mr [redacted] ’s poor attitude, moreover disrespectful mouth, Harris & Associates refuses to even deal with Mr [redacted] anymore! Please check the history of the properties mentioned in the city records During the brief time working with Mr [redacted] we at Harris & Associates complied with all work orders asked of Mr [redacted] that he made us aware of These outright lies are beyond responseIn fact Mr [redacted] owes balances on several invoices prior to us dismissing our relationship with him along with his idle threats Sincerely,
