Quality Chevrolet has the worst business practices I’ve ever seen of any sales teamtimes over the course of I attempted to do business with themI purchased one vehicle from them that I now regret because the warranty they sold me covers nothing of what the sales associate claimed it wouldThe other times they wasted close to hours of my time be forcing me to run my credit and quoted by me a particular trade in value for my vehicle then dropped it by close to 2,dollars then emailed me back claiming they would match or beat my previous offerI called them asking for a quote then they made me wait hours for a call back to tell me that I needed to come in personSo I drove hours in traffic to find out they were going to meet me half way in my initial offerThat doesn’t seem like matching or beating an offer does it? I called to speak to the GM and they refused to take my call or even call me backTake your business elsewhere

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Silverado and GAP Insurance on November 15, 2017, and financed directly through the dealer's GM financing On Friday, November 17, they made my husband stop by after work to sign a new agreement, because they had made errors in the original paperwork That weekend on November 18th we went to the credit union to refinance for a better rate The credit union could not perform the refinance, because they said Quality Chevy did not yet send the paperwork to GM for financing It took weeks for GM to get the contract from Quality Chevy, so weeks for us to refinance On December 19th, the loan for the Silverado and the GAP insurance was paid off in full On January 4th GM sent a notice to us stating the account was paid in full, and the dealership where we purchased the vehicle had been notified of our payoff and had been requested to cancel the insurance and forward a refund to us within daysOn January 22nd, I contacted Quality Chevy, because we had not received a refund They told me we had to fill out cancellation paperwork and we would see a refund in weeks after the paperwork was sent to them We sent in the paperwork on the 23rd of January, and on January 25th the Manager of Finance at Quality Chevy sent an email acknowledging receipt of our GAP paperworkweeks later after still not receiving the $refund, we phoned the finance department again with no resolve We were told that it was GM that had to give us the refund, not Quality ChevyOn February 20th, I talked to another person at Quality Chevy, who is supposed to be the main guy in charge He was unable to see the documents I emailed him, so I texted a picture to him of the letter from GM Finance He told me they could not do anything until GM sent them a formal statement showing the payment was made if full and the loan paid off He also told me to call GMI phoned GM and they said theywould process the refund in daysThat was unacceptable to me so I got them to agree if Quality Chevy faxed them the paperwork showing they needed to show the GAP had been cancelled, they would turn it around in days and send me the check The deal was they were supposed to send the check to Quality Chevy and Quality Chevy would send it to usStill not receiving the check, I phoned Quality Chevy back the next week only to find out they sent the check back to GM again They then told me GM would have to send the check back to them and they would then send it to usWe still have not received the check, and it is my understanding when we do, they may not pay us the full amountNow, in phoning and leaving a message with the General Manager of the dealership, I am still getting no resolveThis is totally unacceptable!!!

Purchased a used car from this dealership and was very pleased with the price and customer service After the purchase there was a small problem with the car and they made the repair at no charge and very fast I highly recommend this dealership to everyone

I took my car for body work. We bargain about the mount I have to pay. I told the body shop manager I can afford $500.00 and nothing more. Customer told them I have done my budget and that if the body shop charge more than $500.00 which we agreed on then I am not going to repair the car. They agreed and I allow them to fix the car. The body shop personel said they are not going to release the keys to my car to me unless I pay them extra $100.00 which was not part of the original contract agreed upon.Desired SettlementPlease I want my set of keys to the car that they have based because they want additional money apart from the $500.00 agreed upon.Business' Initial Response Good afternoon -In response to [redacted]'s complaint, we can offer the following as explanation. [redacted] has a $1000 deductible that the insured [redacted]) is responsible for per his insurance contract, for collision damage on his Camry. We at Harris full filled our obligation by offering [redacted] a $300 courtesy discount (We have a signed receipt that shows [redacted] agreed to pay us $700) and still delivering a quality product. Simply put, [redacted] requested a steeper discount that we had originally agreed upon. After acknowledging that there was still a balance due of $200 and needing his vehicle to get to work, [redacted] voluntarily left me the spare key for his vehicle as a "guarantee" that he would return and satisfy his balance. [redacted] also had a courtesy vehicle provided by us for 23 days. The value of the vehicle for 23 days @ $25 per day would be $575.Thank You,Harris Auto BodyConsumer's Final Response I even told them to check the balancing and the alignment which they said they would but they did not do that because I still have the problem of the steering wheel shaking .all these happened as a result of the hit at my car but is still there when driving. It does not beep when the door is locked by the key and no blinking which used to happen any time doors are locked with the keys.
