*** *** brought in a Buick Century with miles for an a/c check, she said they had it charged at another shop a week ago, we hooked our gauges up, and there was no freon in the system, we told her we would have to charge the system and put dye in it to see where the leak is and gave her a price she said that would be fineWe found her ac compressor to be leaking and priced up a compressor, drier, and orifice tube, all have to be replaced in order to have a warranty on the compressor, she said go ahead and do itWe did the work, and also found a vacuum hose that controlled the vents broken, we repaired that at no charge to the customerWe showed customer what we did when she came and picked her car upOn 7/29/MsGoode brought the car back in she said ac was not cooling, we found her condenser had a crack in it, we priced up a condenser she said go ahead and replace it, we had different people including myself drive the car and check ac, it was blowing ice cold, and there were no more leaks foundThen on 8/16/*** *** brought the car in and said ac was blowing hot we pulled car into the shop and saw that he had it on heat, we turned back to ac and it was cooling but it was mainly blowing out floor vents which means another vacleak, also had a small leak at the high pressure ac line, part would have to be ordered from the dealerCustomer declined the repair and took vehicleThis car is years old and it had been sitting for a long time, anything could go wrong at any given time. There are many parts that go into to the ac system, when you fix a leak it can cause another part that is weak to start leaking, unfortunately we cant tell until it happens, and the only thing we can do is replace the parts as they go badWe stand behind our work, and the work we've done is still goodIf you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Best regards, Katie S***

Review: Took car for free ac check as advertised, I was told needs a compressor ,ok lets do it ,I was charged 1100.00 and was told we replaced everything come pickup ,it's ready to go ,ice cold ac ,it blew cold 10 minutes ,then same problem, took car for 2nd time ,was told it was a rare seal that needs to be replaced 400.00 I was charged ,was called we fixed problem ice cold ac your good Togo ,got it home 30 mins. Later same issue ,3rd time I called him ,no ac same problem ,brought to him again ,was told 3 different lies in 1 paragraph ,he says it's fine no problem at all ,then says well u gotta vacuum leak under the dash and the check valve is bad ,not a big leak he says ,then he states ,it's was tampered with because it was blowing cold when it left the 1st time,so now I'm at the point ,I wasted 1500.00 and taking my 2 kids there 3 different times and drop off car ,it's just wrong ,u can't run a business that way ,I'm out 1500.00 and I'm in same predicament I was in ,very unprofessional, talked with owner every time ,something needs to be done ,I asked him what could he do to get it rite ,and he says the leak is so small it's not worth it ,it works great he says ,it's blowing 30/40degrees ,I tried 2 different digital thermometers after running car ac on high a hour plus ,79 degrees 1st time 82degrees 2nd time again ,he says I tampered with it and it was fine when car left ,on top it was my grandmas car she left me in will ,I need help on getting my ac fixed or money back to take elsewhere ,I can't put my kids in a car that hot ,Desired Settlement: I want them to fix my ac issue or refund me something ,so I can take elsewhere,

Business
