Attached is the original proposal from the Western Watt IncIn this response items of fact in this proposal will be mark with an "F".When the Western Watt representative visited my office on January 22nd(F) to talk to me about the system he was proposing for me I presented him with five stacks on electric bills one stack for each meter (I was unaware at the time that one bill actually covered two meters) representing our past years electric serviceWhen he saw the bills he said I would get "at least" a 15% reduction in my electric billsWe had a discussion about my companies two separate suite spaces at which time the representative proposed two systems for my business(F) and he'd "throw one in" for my residence(F) (the address scribbled next to the prices on the proposal) for $4980(F)I don't feel any fault that the representative didn't find it necessary to "survey" my premise to make sure he knew about all that was involved and how much equipment would actually be needed. When I was "pressured" to close the deal, I told the representative to get back to me in three weeks for my decisionI explained the reason for the delay was because in my business the last week of each month and the first week of the next month are our busiest time and I need time to "check out" the systems he was proposingThe same representative that visited me actually "cold called" me the next week to try to solicit me as a new customerHe also call three more times during the period I asked him not to callBecause of this continued unwanted contact I finally agreed on February 10th(F) to pay a total of $3980(F) to have to have his systems installed but that I need to be involved and present whenever someone from his company was on my premise. When the electrician showed up on February 22nd to install the systems he told me he only had two but I need three because he knew which meters where mine and two wouldn't cover themI told him that this was an "all or nothing" deal so he'd have to come back when he had all the equipment he needed to complete the jobHe said it would be two more weeks because each system was specially made for each installationI told him I see him when he came backI immediately call Western Watt to inform them of the issueThe electrician came back and did the install without contacting meThe only reason I knew it was done was because one of my employees inquired about what was going on with the electricity (he'd seen the electrician working) but by the time I got outside the electrician was goneWhen the auditor finally made it on time for his second appointment (he was late for his first and I wouldn't let him on the premise since I was in another meeting) he explained to me that he didn't know which electric meters were mine so he was going to take readings on all eleven and "they" would figure it out before the sent me my copy of the auditI expressed my concern that how would I know if the systems were properly connected if they didn't know which meter were mine (The electrician said he did know on his first visit)I expressed my concern that he continued to read all eleven meters on his subsequent visits but he said it all paid the same to him, he got paid by location. When I finally received my audit on August 30th, it says ALL the meters on our building are connected to the systemsI didn't agree to pay to have the other tenets of this building protected by equipment for which I paidIf this is true and the systems are attached to ALL the meters on this building then Western Watt should solicit some funds from the other tenets and rebate some of my cost back to me.When I called on August 26th to discuss if the units were operating properly or not (after two months of significantly higher electric bills) the first "excuse" I got was "it's been hotter this year" even though the data from the electric company shows it's actually been coolerThe representative showed NO interest in investigating if the units were properly workingThey state on their proposal that they will reconduct the audit at no cost to the customer if neededSince there was no such offer or any want for further discussion, I stated that I wanted the units removed and my money refunded due to the representatives guaranteed savings not being metI did also tell them that I was going to file this complaint
