I would've hoped for a more time efficient and good faith effort to cancel and/or express their financial needsI am very sorry Mr [redacted] doesn't allow his wife to sign for their household and we were not aware of this permit of hisI'm also very sorry he expects every company to offer free equipmentWe do not intend to mimic national security franchises by claiming to offer free equipment or services with hidden verbageWe have always utilized contracts for years so there is no possible way that Mr [redacted] was not in an agreement with our organization during his prior business services.We were aware that Mr [redacted] did not want to spend the money for the upgrade necessary for national support, however I was never notified of his desire to cancel his services prior to this bold effort to diminish our integrityOnce he calls the office to review his contract terms and if he and his wife (if permitted) are eligible to cancel we would be happy to accommodate this customerAdditionally, if there is a contract still in effect we will have to follow the law and the security company standards by enforcing legal documentation similar to every business in the United States

What the company is saying is completely untrue on so many levelsPhase was bought out just a few years ago and our agreement was with the original owner Howard, who I can't remember his last nameWe were at W Oraibi Drin Glendale and never had a contractI paid for equipment and set up out of pocket to avoid a contractI refuse to sign contracts with alarm companies because of practices just like this one. I challenge them to produce any contract that I have ever signed. Secondly, there has been no attempt to slander anyone, I am practicing my right to complain about bad service and letting people know that other alarm companies are choosing their customers over a few dollarsMost companies are not so short sighted that they walk over dollars to pick up dimesI never agreed to over priced equipment upgrades. Not every customer is happy but that does not mean you have the right to ignore themI have been calling in to talk to someone for over a month and the one time I spoke with someone she hung up on meI have left several messages and have not had single call returnedIn fact I had to have my wife call in because they would not take my call she had to get the cancelation address and the bill for the upgraded equipment which I find to be bogus. This could have all been avoided if I was treated with dignity and respect and actually had my calls returned from managementIf the money is more important than their reputation I will continue my campaign across the internet to let everyone know about these bogus equipment upgrade practicesHow my new alarm company upgrades for free and what lousy service Phase provides. If this is how the company wants to approach things, that is their prerogative
