I sent in a gauge to be inspected for repairs on X-XX-XXXX and was told that the gauge was irreparable, so told them to go ahead and order me a new one. After numerous attempts to find out the status on the new gauge I always received the same 2 responses "we should get it in a few days" as well as "I will find out the status and call you right back". October 14, 2016 and I still have not received the call back with any status update nor have I received the gauge I ordered. I have even sent them an email asking the same information and explaining my concern with their services and still no response from the owners. My likeliness to recommend any of their services will remain at a 1 until this issue is resolved. Their work/services started out great and seemed to diminish over time.
