phone number, ###-###-####, which I verified from the phone number on the original receipt with the number her parents gave me, and asked her to return my call so I could explain that I had her dress and to call me back so we could talk about
itShe has yet
to return my callWe have been in the dry cleaning business since As we have been doing in our over years in
business, we followed the only care instructions that were on the dress and have attached a picture of that tag with
this letter that is attach ed to her dressTherefore, we take exception to the comment in
this complaint that states we did not follow
proper handling instructions when
this was the only instruction available. We did not make the dress, we cleaned it as requestedAs originally offered to her months ago, our obligation is to reimburse her $for the preserving service we did not do. We stand

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. My family has since reported that their gift certificate cost $250 not $50 for the cleaning. A $75 check does not reimburse my family.
