I bought a recliner from them at the Laconia store that came apart within a week of receiving it and they refused to refund or replace the item. they did not honor the warranty they supposedly offered on the product. I would not recommend purchasing from the Laconia location. very bad customer service. go to another furniture store. do not purchase from the Laconia location. they treat you with total disrespect when you try addressing an issue with them. they make you feel like you did something wrong and it was your fault that the product was of poor quality.
