[redacted] , the owner of the company spoke with [redacted] on Monday November 10th for the first time regarding her furniture He advised her he would contact local furniture companies and find out how they would recommend to repair the damage [redacted] spoke with Hampton Furniture and was advised to use markers called [redacted] [redacted] called [redacted] back on Wednesday November 12th and informed her how they would perform the repair [redacted] told [redacted] she didn't think it would work but would let us try Our installation crew arrived at [redacted] s home at 2:Thursday November 13th [redacted] wouldn't allow the crew to attempt to repair and immediately called the store and spoke with *** *** [redacted] said she was not going to allow two immature, inexperienced kids touch her furniture [redacted] asked her how else she would like us to remedy the situation and she wouldn't respond to the question, she instead hung up

I already gave my desired outcome I will not go back and forth with this company
We are prepared to replace the bamboo flooring at the *** residence. While we do not feel the adhesive is the result of the floor failure, the wrong adhesive was used nonetheless. However, the ***’s have a very high moisture reading in the sub floor and water was present in the home
