However we were both shocked when we were informed that someone else had turned in their application the day of showings! This realtor is unethical in her practicesI had specifically asked her the pertinent questions so we could get this apartment so why were we given different information? Very disappointed for us and disgusted at this whole process! Not to mention tying up our application money in the process!
