Review: one year ago we hired hpi to put in driveway was not happy with product he told us to wait a year and would fix any issues. I had to call repeatedly just to get him to come out and I repeatedly told Mr. Harris and his Secretary about the cracks going down the whole left side of driveway, the sinking, height of curb put in and the flaking of he whole driveway. Hpi did finally come out but did not fix all the issues as a matter of fact made things worse. I contacted Mr. Harris and complained again he is refusing to fix any of the problems. He workers also burned my neighbors grass.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr.Harris to fix all problems to my liking or refund half the contracted price of $4,700.00 witch would be $2,350.00 so I can hire a company that will fix all the problems that I'm having with Mr. Harris's product.

Review: The company provided the service of surfacing my home driveway with blacktop. This was completed on 10/10 at a cost of $4500. One month later various problems are evident. The side of the drive has a large crack, weeds are already growing through the surface as a result of the very, very shallow depth of the blacktop (despite assurances this would not be a problem) and in another area the blacktop used is so shallow that the previous surface is visible.Desired Settlement: My feeling is $4500 is a sufficient price that my drive should not look like this after a single month.
