My review is based on the no response to valid complaints! I stayed t this location for three daysI reported to the staff that when the covers were pulled down on the bed I found two ticksI was told that the manager would be in at 11:amI was also told he would contact me about the problemThat night when I went to bed I woke up with spider bitesWhen I went down to show them and ask why the manager had not contacted me they said he would be in the next day! Well he should have been contacted to get in touch with me the first day! Bad Business! Very incompetent! My body has swollen one inch bites from my left hand to the right handTwo huge bites on the backI insisted to move my room! Which I had to move all four of us to another floorNo offer of medical help nothing! I gave them my number from day one! They also of course knew where I was staying! I do not recommend this hotel!
