granddaughter to begin making the payments.  I met with both of them to change the payor to the granddaughter.  At that time, I also reviewed the details of the policy with them including the specific date the draft will occur, which is the 3rd of the month.  I provided them with the option of changing the draft date to another day of the month if they'd like but they did not want to change it.  I also provided them with a copy of their policy information, which included the details of the monthly billing. I submitted their paperwork and the granddaughter became the payor back in January of '15 and has been making the monthly payments of $27.23.  Since the time we set her up as the payor, she has never contacted me regarding any confusion on the draft date or overdraft problems, until now (6 months later).  I completely understand and respect that finances can be tight at times but we did not mislead her in any way which would cause her account to overdraft.
