I have been haveing a problem with this hospital getting a claim properly coded correctly, for at least 3 months now this hospital cannot seem to have someone in that office that know how to code my claim the rite way.they for some reason keep send my claim to my insurance company blue cross blue shield as a workmans comp claim and I keep telling them it is not I repeat is not

A workmans comp claim, so my insurance company keep rejecting the claim because it is not coded correct and no matter how many times I tell them it is not workman comp claim they keep sending it to them as such and then they send me the bill expecting to to pay it, this claim was pre approved before I had any service done so that's not the problem. Thanks for your help with this matter.
