Review: [redacted] received payment for my Grandmother [redacted] funeral on May 31, 2013. In the contract she was to provide a double headstone with [redacted]. The funeral for [redacted]was held on June 8, 2013. As of today no headstone has been placed on the graves. I called [redacted] several times leaving messages for her to return my call & she did not. I was finally abled to reach her on the phone on August 9, 2013. I asked her about the headstone & was told by her she did not order it yet. She told me in July she was waiting for Salisbury Monument to have the headstone shipped from CA. I was told by her it had been cracked twice & it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. She said it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks but they had to ship it again. I stopped by Salisbury Monument earlier in the week of August 5, 2013. I was told by [redacted] the headstone was never ordered. He did not recall telling [redacted] any story about the headstone cracking. He said they don't crack headstones. I spoke with [redacted] she told me she did speak with [redacted]. She was to call me back
on Mon. August 12th & has not responded as of today. Want service provided or money refunded to purchase myself.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
