I had a programmed maintenance call on my heat pump today (which was also installed by One Hour) Everything went very smoothly, Rick was very courteous and did a thorough check of the thermostat, electrical systems, motors, and gas charge (you can't really say Freon anymore) Everything was nominal He thoroughly cleaned the condenser and coils, and made sure everything was buttoned up properly before he left Very professional

Jordon was on time, explained everything he was going to do and went about the job of checking out my units. He immediately changed my HEPA filter. As he was working he would continue to update me as to what he was doing, let me know if there was anything that I needed to know. When he was done he went over everything again with me to make sure I thoroughly understood what he had put on his paperwork. This company has always sent courteous and knowledgeable employees to my home to maintenance, repair or replacement.
