Review: I purchased a voucher from [redacted] for two lawn care appts from Harris Property Prep. I scheduled an appt with them to cut my grass on 09/05/13. A few days prior, I had the front yard cut so they could only cut the back yard due to the size. Harris Property failed to show up at my residence. I called the evening of September 5th and left a message. I did not receive a response. I called them the following day and left a message and did not receive a response. I then sent an e-mail to the owner.[redacted]. He advised that e-mail was the best way to communicate and he would have someone come out on 09/17 to cut my grass. I advised him at that time that my grass in the back was getting high (simply due to the delay in them coming out). He did not express any concern after I advised him of this. On September 17th, I receive an e-mail advising that they will not cut my grass because of the height and they had already been to my property twice. I responded with my discontent with the way things happened and how they failed to communicate to me when they were at my property. [redacted] then responded with a very disturbing e-mail advising that it was my responsibility to maintain my yard and I could pay him $460 for a cub cadet but it would just burn out in my back yard. Very sarcastic response from a business owner. I then replied and advised him that I will not do business with him and I will make sure that no one else I knew did business with. My husband then sent an e-mail to him and me and also expressed his discontent with how [redacted] has handled our situation. [redacted] has now sent an e-mail advising that we are harrassing him and his workers which is totally untrue. I am still out of $50 that was paid to [redacted] has been attempting to reach [redacted] to resolve this issue. [redacted] needs to understand that we have every right to communicate with him until this issue is resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $50 from Harris Property within 30 days if I do not receive a refund from [redacted]. I further would like a formal apology regarding the customer service aspect of how this situation was handled.
