[redacted] ***Im not sure why you think we are responsible for replacing your A/C evaporator coilThe last time we where out to your home was back on 10/16/when we worked on your furnaceI have no paper work saying your warranty was extendedNick no longer works here and with out a contract or documentation I cannot replace your coil under warranty.Plus you have had almost months to contact us to get things worked outYou say the Warranty was good to June why would you wait till the end of May or June to check on thisThis A/C unit is yours and you are responsible for getting it serviced in a timely matterYou should of had us come back before the end of as your warranty was only good till December 1015.I believe you could try calling or emailing [redacted] and see if they could help you.Sorry went the way they did but you as the owner needed to follow up.I have only one invoice you paid for and that was for work on your furnace do to a no heat call.I also see we ordered you a replacement evapcoil and for some reason it did not get installed and we ended up sending it back 10/22/I would Guess you didn't want to spend the money at that time on an A/C problem ?Sorry we couldn't Help you, [redacted]
