Attached are three items. 1) The one and only email correspondence I received from the buyer. 2) My response, less than two hours later reiterating the shipping policy clearly listed on the site. 3) A copy of the shipping confirmation sent to her via PayPal on the 7th business day as promised. I'm not sure what else Ms[redacted] would like at this point. I have proven that her inquiry was responded to in a timely manner. I even went above and beyond to address her concerns via social media which is not a customer service platform and it is nearly impossible for me to keep up with complaints/inquiries voiced there. Ms[redacted] says that I did not provide her with tracking information via social media which is true. I throughly explained to her that her item had not yet shipped and she would receive tracking before the end of the day on her 7th business day which she did. In 3 years of business I have never personally provided a tracking number to a customer unless they mistakenly deleted the email. As stated on the shipping confirmation from PayPal "All you need to do is print and send. We'll email your buyer with all the tracking information." As soon as I upload the tracking information to PayPal they automatically send a copy to myself and the buyer. Ms[redacted] clearly states that she received her merchandise. The tracking information shows that she received it within the allotted time frame listed on the site, so clearly that alone as well as my upstanding reputation with the Revdex.com proves my Corporation is not a scam. I'm not sure what the issue is or more importantly what if anything can be done to appease her.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business owner response to my complaint was that she emailed me back. She did not reply to my email reply to my order confirmation. Nor to my online contact form completed on her website. She only replied to me on [redacted] after I complained that I wasn't getting a response. The response on [redacted] still didn't give me any shipping details. I have received my order now. My complaint was no response from a company I've never ordered from, made me think it was a scam company.
