I have verified that Ms. [redacted], who had previously enrolled in our school, is in a CANCEL status as of 6/9/2015. Her telephone number was marked as DO NOT CALL on 1/20/2016 at her request. As such, she should...

Review: I would like to file a complaint against the Harris School Of Business in Wilmington Delaware. In 2011 before completeing my extern I was required to pay in full over $1,400 otherwise I would be unable to go out to complete my extern hours and my diploma would withheld until it was paid. I paid the full amount as requested and recieved my diploma after finishing my extern. Fours years later my current employer has request a copy of my diploma from Harris. I had misplaced my first copy and called Harris requesting another understanding a second copy may cost $10. I spoke to several personnel from Harris and which are stating that I must once again pay $1480 to recieve my diploma because they have no records of my payment. I feel as though their pocketing my money or not putting it where it was supposed to go towards.Desired Settlement: I am requesting to recieve the copy of my Diploma.
