We were pleased with the work Dust Doctors did for us, for the following reasons (1)Wayne was really prompt in answering our questions (2) Eric and Derrick were good workers They worked diligently without breaks cleaning the ducts, answering our questions without stopping the cleaning process, cleaned up the debris, and were polite and easy to talk to They explained the problems clearly so we went with the maximum brush cleaning process and it turned out the best way for usOur house consists of the main house plus an addition which was about 1/the size of the main house Yet, the price was the same for both areasIt would help if Wayne could consider (1) pricing to suite the size of the area being cleaned (2) get his workers to show us the before and after pictures by spending at least minutes to let us actually see the before and after pictures They gave us a fast glance of the pictures so that we were not able to actually gauge the extent of the duct cleaningWe still give them stars because Eric and Derrick were hard workers and did a good job for us Yes, we would use them again and recommend them to other peopleThank you Wayne!

We choose this company, "Alternate Business Name" Dust Doctors, because of an atractive coupon offer with a Seep Cleaning of our house vents The offer was for a AC/Furnace tuwith Deep Cleaning I talked with Wayne over the phone who advised that he would check with his Tech people to see if the could service a ground source heat pump Wayne advised that he would call me back and let me know
Today a cleaning was done with anticipation of a tune-up The Dust Doctor employee said that it wouldn't be him and that it should be scheduled later The cleaning was done, and I asked if I should pay when the tuwas completed? The employee said to pay the bill now, and that he would make a call to get the tune=up scheduled
I paid for the service in full The employee then got on the phone and talked with Wayne concerning the tune-up Wayne advised the employee that none of his furnace/AC employees do ground source heat pumps Wayne told the employee to say tha
All around great and easy experience! I called to inquire about duct cleaning, and Wayne was on point and pleasant during our first call - he had all the details clear cut on what to expect and how soon they could be out
I called I believe on Thursday (maybe it was even Friday), and he said they could be out on Monday morning at 8:00am, when all other companies couldn't get out for over a weekI had another company that had to reschedule for over a week out, and I just really wanted to get someone in to do the job
The price was literally half of the price I was quoted from a couple other places, plus had a $coupon for a deep duct cleaning
The guys called me when they were on their way, letting me know they were running a bit earlyThey came in and started the work right away, and it only took them roughly one hour to my house that's just shy of 1,sq feet of finished space
There were a few things we didn't move ahead of time in the back of the furnace because I didn't think they'd have to get back there, but they moved it all and then put it all back in it's place when they were done
Super pleasant and polite from first contact to completion! The only negative mark I'd give them is that I was told I'd get an email on Sunday evening with a list of some things I could do to prepare, which I never gotBut not a huge deal!
I'll definitely use them again in the future - Word of advise for though anyone who has petsif your pet may be prone to bolting out an open door, they have to keep the door open for the hose thingIt was a little hectic to keep my cat locked up in one room since they go in and out of each room a few times, so maybe bring pets to a friend or families house for a few hours or the day if escaping animals is a concern

I bought my first house and never had ducts cleaned beforeI wasn't sure what to expectI was able to make an appointment the exact time/date that I wantedThat morning I received a call to let me know that the tech was running a little late and why, but the tech arrived earlier than anticipatedThey went right to work and answered all the questions I had along the wayI had questions a week or so after the appointment and was happy to still be considered a valued customer and was helped with my concernsI'll definitely use Dust Doctors again!
